• Conspiracy Theories That You Might Not Know About

You would be surprised about what some of the more popular conspiracy theories going around today. Some of these really make you question reality, while others just leave you shaking your head.

Do you remember the Berenstein Bears? No, actually you don’t, they were called the Berenstain Bears. That’s right, reality changed due to CERN messing up the time space continuum withe Large Hadron Collider. So why did this change?

    The Mandela Effect

The Mandela Effect is an unexplained phenomenon that you’ve probably experienced without knowing what it’s called, and it’s garnering more and more attention lately. “The Mandela effect” is what the internet is calling those curious instances in which many of us are certain we remember something a particular way, but it turns out we’re incorrect.

The name of the theory comes from many people feeling certain they could remember Nelson Mandela dying while he was still in prison back in the ’80s. Contrary to what many thought, Mandela’s actual death was on Dec. 5, 2013, despite some people claiming to remember seeing clips of his funeral on TV. You can read more about the Mandela Effect here.

CERN’s Large Hadron Collider Conspiracy Theory

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is the world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator. It first started up on 10 September 2008, and remains the latest addition to CERN’s accelerator complex. The LHC consists of a 27-kilometre ring of superconducting magnets with a number of accelerating structures to boost the energy of the particles along the way.

The conspiracy theory here is that the Large Hadron Collider is actually responsible for the Mandela Effect. Between the years 1999 and 2001 and event occurred  where the collision of a particle was recorded prior to the event happening. In other words the event jumped time. The jump was backward in time thus allowing us to view a future event. With the time jump, did the collider alter time as we perceive it or did it alter the distant past? This theory is what appears to be the cause of the Mandela Effect. There are quire a few other conspiracy theories related to the Hadron Collider, but I’ll leave you to explore those on your own.

    Flat Earth Conspiracy Theory

Maybe we really did go back in time on this one. There are actually people out there that believe the earth is flat. There’s an entire Flat Earth Society that is 200 members strong and, purportedly, not a joke. Basically, the earth is a flat disc protected by an invisible barrier called “the firmament,” a dome-like feature that also happens to be referenced in the Old Testament. It’s worth noting also that they report there’s something called the “ice wall,” which is the towering expanse of maybe absolute zero, pitch black ice barriers at the edge of Antartica that may or may not go on forever and that no human could ever possibly explore.

    Antarctica Conspiracy Theory

If you haven’t heard there’s been quite a lot of activity down in Antarctica lately, seriously. Government officials from Russia, The USA, and religious officials as well have all met down in Antarctica. The conspiracy theories include finding UFOs, giants, a Nazi base, a fort, and an ancient alien race. There’s also reportedly some pyramids that have been discovered there due to the melting ice cap, because of climate change.
